Lead Subcontracts Specialist

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Subcontracts Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end FAR
15 proposal and subcontract cycle supporting key Honeywell Aerospace programs.

• Execute FAR
  15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations.
• Build strong negotiation positions for contract execution.
• Manage key program suppliers.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Build supplier strategies to enable best overall value to Honeywell.

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• US Person due to contractual requirements.
• Subcontracting experience (FAR
  15).
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and people‑oriented skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and processes.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with subcontractors during all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations.
• Experience utilizing MS Office, SAP, and other business tools.
• Supply chain and procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry.
• Experience managing subcontracts such as FFP, CP, CPIF.
• Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data.
• Ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Ability to work independently.
