Are you ready to make a measurable impact on the future of nuclear energy? ENERCON is seeking a Project Engineer to support Power Uprate initiatives within our Nuclear Services Group. This high‑visibility role will directly contribute to increasing reactor output and optimizing performance at nuclear facilities across the country.

- Strategic Impact
:
Lead discussions and drive Power Uprate projects that accelerate clean energy deployment at cost‑effective scales. - Career Springboard
:
Transition into future reactor projects, including advanced and small modular reactor technologies, by gaining expertise in Power Uprate studies. - Mentorship & Growth
:
Work with senior subject matter experts to develop into a Power Uprate specialist. - Leadership Pathways
:
Groom engineers for technical or leadership roles, guiding future uprate studies and modifications. - Collaborative Culture
:
Foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team. - Leadership & Coordination
:
Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure project quality goals are met. - Project Management Excellence
:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to schedule and budget, managing staff and reporting financial status. - Strategic Growth & Innovation
:
Develop high‑technical engineering proposals and support marketing efforts to identify new opportunities.
- Design engineering experience with modification processes, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities.
- Minimum 6 years in the nuclear, power, or industrial industry as an Engineer or Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP Certification and 10 years of applicable experience.
- PE license strongly preferred.
- Budget and accounting process knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills across disciplines and teams.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
- Travel 10‑15% of the time; duration may vary by project and client needs.

Salary Range Information: The salary range reflects the typical range for this full‑time position based on the role, level, and location. Individual compensation will be determined by location, experience, skills, and education.
