Electrical Instrumentation Coordinator
Salary: $45 to $50 per hour, plus bonus opportunities

- Process & Instrumentation Design Review: Ensure process engineering designs and instrumentation submittals meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulations. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address issues.
- System Coordination: Oversee the integration of process and instrumentation systems from design through construction and commissioning. Ensure seamless transitions while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Project Management: Help projects stay on track by providing expertise on instrumentation found in awarded electrical packages. Communicate progress and resolve challenges with stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all instruments meet spec, industry codes, and company standards. Actively participate in meetings, instrument assessments, and audits on purchase orders.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by exploring and applying advanced technologies and methods to optimize process and instrumentation systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Experience in industrial process engineering, instrumentation coordination, or related roles.
- Familiarity with process control systems, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and panels.
- Proficiency with CAD tools, process simulation software, and project management tools.
- Must be able to read and understand a P&.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating across teams and presenting technical solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.
