Join Soar Autism Center as an SLP and help children with autism thrive through early intervention and comprehensive supportive services.

• Serve as an on‑site Speech Language Pathologist for children ages 2‑6 in a center‑based setting.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
• Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co‑treatments with the occupational therapy team.
• Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
• Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

• Desire to be part of an organization advancing the standard of autism therapy.
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology.
• Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, though new SLPs are considered.
• Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
• Ability to connect and engage with young children.

Salary: $84,500.00 – $ per year. Clinical Fellows earn $78,000.
