Echo Tech Per Diem Rotating

Technician providing ECHO cardiograms. Schedules, prepares, administers and reports interpretations of Echocardiograms, M-mode, 2-dimensional, Doppler, color flow mapping, transesophageal imaging, Stress ECHO and assists Cardiologist.

Skills:

Ability to recognize cardiac diseases during imaging with proficiency in cardiac measurements. Excellent customer service skills.

THE ECHO TECH PER DIEM ROTATING CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an approved ARDMS school.
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hiring Manager is looking for an Echo Tech with NICU Experience. Experience as an Echo cardiographic Technician under the supervision of a Certified Technician and a Cardiologist.
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Echo cardiographic Technician Certification, CPR.
• PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION: RDCS
