Personal Care Aide Arcadia Home Care and Staffing - an Addus family company

PERSONAL CARE AIDES: $16.00 - $18.00 hr

• Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care etc.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands
• Assist client with medication reminders
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Companionship

• One year caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Comfortable using a cell phone
• Three references (2 professional and 1 personal) will be required at the time of application.
