** Responsibilities:
*** Lead therapy services across three Arizona locations (Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale).
* Supervise associate therapists and support their path to independent licensure.
* Carry a 10–15 hour weekly therapy caseload.
* Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate therapy staff.
* Lead training, quality improvement, audits, and clinical standards.
* Support caseloads, billing needs, compliance, and accreditation work.
* 10–15 individual therapy hours per week## Qualifications
* Active, unrestricted Arizona independent license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
* At least 3 years with an independent license.
* 3+ years of behavioral health leadership experience strongly preferred.
* AZBBHE supervisor status, or ability to obtain it upon hire.
* Experience supervising associate or pre-licensed clinicians.
* Adult outpatient therapy experience and skill with multiple evidence-based treatments.
* Knowledge of Arizona rules, AZBBHE standards, Joint Commission, and ADHS requirements.
