** You’ll spend your time doing what matters most:*
* *** supporting clients, families and your team.
**** Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
* Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
* Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
* Provide parent training and clinical guidance
* Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
* Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment
* Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice# Qualifications
* Active BCBA certification
* Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
* Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
* Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
* Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.
* Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
* Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
