Overview
A company is looking for an HR Associate to join their askHR team, providing frontline customer service to employees globally.
Key Responsibilities- Process HR transactions within Workday, including onboarding and offboarding
- Respond to HR inquiries and manage HR documentation for employees
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in HR
- Strong experience with Workday HRIS, including data entry and reporting
- Knowledge of automation and AI tools for process improvement
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
