- Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards using Allure, Extent Reports, or Jenkins dashboards.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of strong experience in Test Automation for web and API testing.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium Web Driver, Java, TestNG, and Rest Assured.
- Proven experience with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Strong understanding of Maven/Gradle, XML, JSON, and configuration management.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Git Hub, Bitbucket).
- Experience with reporting tools such as Allure or Extent Reports.
- Exposure to containerization and cloud environments (Docker, AWS, Azure).
- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance — particularly Auto or Home lines.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
- Exposure to performance and security testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
