Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

• Demonstrated hands on experience with multiple implementations of the core suite of ITOM applications (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM/HAM)
• Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Service Now implementations.
• Excellent understanding of CMDB data models, relationships along with hands on experience of getting CMDB configured for advanced technologies like Containerization, Cloud services (AWS, MS Azure, etc.)
• In depth understanding and proven experience with implementing Common Services Data Model to the Fly maturity level.
• Ability to analyze existing business services and their relationships with other CIs and effectively map them for the success of ITSM processes like Incident, Change, Dev Ops, Vulnerability Response, etc.
• Configuring Discovery probes, sensors and/or patterns to ensure high data accuracy and integrity of our CMDB. Experience in moving to discovery patterns.
• Core Platform and Service Now Scripting knowledge with hands‑on experience is a must. Nice to have ATF, Service Portal, Platform Analytics and UI Builder experience.
• Demonstrate experience with enhancing Discovery performance and coverage and building effective dashboards for senior managers, service owners and executives to show accurate and up‑to‑date results of our CMDB health.
• Demonstrate hands‑on experience with designing and implementing multiple integrations to 3rd‑party systems.
• Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems.
• Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise.
• Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.
• Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture.

• 5+ years as a key resource for large‑scale ITOM solutions, of which 3 or more years as a Service Now Architect / Lead or Service Now Solution Consultant.
• 3+ years of experience with Service Now with a strong focus on Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Mgmt.
• Validated successful oversight of several Service Now ITOM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of third-party integrations with Service Now, Discovery probes, sensors and patterns, Service Mapping configurations and Event management rules for correlation of events and alerts coming from monitoring tools.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team and vendors.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator Certification.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist Certification – Service Mapping, Event Management (SAM and Cloud Management are a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience/combinations of education and experience.
