Business Operations Team

The team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day‑to‑day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including project and portfolio management and tracking; organization‑level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and administrative and workplace experience support.

Job Summary

Within the Business Operations organization, the Senior Program Manager – Onboarding & Support is a senior‑level role focused on driving efficiency and coordination across cross‑functional programs. This position is responsible for overseeing our internal onboarding program to ensure new hires are supported effectively and processes run smoothly, while aligning with the organization’s strategic goals. It includes monitoring and managing onboarding inquiries, driving proactive outreach to ensure readiness, and maintaining documentation for continuous improvement.

The Senior Program Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, stakeholders, and executive leadership to coordinate initiatives that achieve business objectives. If you excel in cross‑team partnership, mentoring, and leading programs, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact on the employee experience from day one.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role
  • Leadership and Team Management: Own the Technology Onboarding Program, including reporting and metrics; foster team dynamics, morale, and motivation; and demonstrate leadership through collaboration, work ethic, creative thinking, and inspiring others.
  • Onboarding Experience Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries in the onboarding Teams channel and shared inbox, providing timely support and guidance to new hires; manage proactive outreach initiatives to ensure all new hires are fully prepared for their first day.
  • Process Documentation & Improvement: Create, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding FAQs, self‑service guides, and other support documentation; track recurring questions, trends, and challenges to identify opportunities for process improvements or program enhancements; constantly evaluate and refine operational processes with every iteration.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business initiatives; collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external vendors as needed to drive program success; identify training gaps, recurring support needs, and tooling issues, providing recommendations to improve onboarding and operational processes.
