This role focuses on the configuration and migration of SAP On-Prem Payroll systems to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) cloud platforms. The specialist will analyze existing ECC 5.0 or higher systems, manage conversion designs, test configurations, and ensure seamless transition and accuracy in payroll processing. This position supports a high-impact transformation project within a global engineering and project management organization.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, design, and debug SAP On-Prem Payroll (ECC 5.0 or higher) in a live production environment
- Design and analyze ECP Payroll conversions from SAP On-Prem to ECP (cloud)
- Perform ECP Payroll configuration tasks
- Author and maintain functional specifications and configuration documentation
- Conduct interface analysis
- Perform unit testing of payroll configuration
- Create and execute integration test scripts, logging pass/fail results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to verify designs and obtain testing sign-offs
- Minimum 5 years of SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration experience with ECC 5.0 or higher
- Hands-on experience in ECP (Employee Central Payroll) conversion and configuration
- Prior involvement in a global ECP implementation
