THE ROLE The Information Technology (IT) Manager serves as the hands-on technology leader for Desert Diamond Arena, responsible for supporting the security, reliability, and performance of the venue's networks, systems, and end-user technology across daily operations and live events. Operating in both network engineering and systems administration capacities, this working manager directly configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and improves core infrastructure while providing responsive support to employees, clients, tenants, promoters, and event partners.

In partnership with venue leadership and the Legends Global Corporate IT team, the IT Manager evaluates technology needs, recommends infrastructure and cybersecurity improvements, and leads assigned projects from planning through implementation. This role is ideal for a technically strong, service-minded professional who can balance hands-on problem-solving with project leadership and provide effective direction to vendors, contractors, and other technology resources as needs evolve.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the primary on-site technology resource for Desert Diamond Arena, working closely with venue leadership, Legends Global Corporate IT team, technology vendors, and other support partners.
· Provide hands-on administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the venue's technology environment, including wired and wireless networks, switches, firewalls, servers, cloud services, active directory, endpoints, telecommunications, and related systems.
· Provide responsive technical support to venue employees and authorized users, managing issues through resolution and coordinating escalation to corporate teams or specialized vendors when appropriate.
· Support concerts, sporting events, meetings, and other venue activities by identifying technology requirements, testing critical systems, coordinating temporary installations, and responding to event-related technology issues.
· Maintain appropriate cybersecurity practices for venue systems and data, including access controls, system updates, endpoint protection, network segmentation, backups, documentation, and incident escalation in accordance with Legends Global requirements and recognized industry practices.
· Monitor the performance, capacity, availability, security, and lifecycle condition of venue technology; document risks, and recommend practical improvements, replacement priorities, and corrective actions.
· Serve as a technical subject-matter resource in the development of operating plans, capital plans, and a long-term technology roadmap by providing system assessments, project recommendations, preliminary scopes, budget estimates, and implementation considerations.
· Lead assigned technology projects and implementation activities, including requirements gathering, technical coordination, procurement support, installation, testing, documentation, training, and transition to ongoing operations.
