• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
• Establish accurate damage scope for building and contents losses and prepare estimates
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver s license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to providing a positive experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions
