Senior In-House Litigation Attorney
Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team.
The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Financial relocation assistance will be provided.
Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
- Strong academic and professional background
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
