As our Sales Manager
, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department. You’ll lead, coach, and develop our sales team, ensure revenue goals are met, and create a culture of performance and accountability while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in HVAC and plumbing services.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide coaching to maximize results.
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Create and maintain a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture.
- Foster strong customer relationships through honesty, follow-up, and service excellence.
- 5+ years of proven success in sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable with KPIs, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- A customer-first mentality, integrity and trust are non-negotiable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
