The Maintenance Manager ensures safe and high-quality maintenance execution by leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver world class service and support level for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance along with supporting brewery wide initiatives. This role uses continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to consistently achieve production and maintenance targets.

Accountabilities:

Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
Deliver performance results in Maintenance Plan Attainment, PM Completion, Shutdown PM Completion, and Technician Utilization
Deliver Line Efficiency through driving equipment uptime reliability, maintenance execution, and through RCAs
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance shifts to maintain a 24/7 operation
Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, benchmarking, and RCA
Oversee departmental budget performance
Implement corrective actions when needed
Execute and sustain maintenance capability program (BIC)

Own:

Daily operation and performance and execution of maintenance
Team development, coaching, and performance management of direct reports
Departmental KPIs reporting, analysis, and action plan execution
Execution of SOPs, PM Plans, Predictive Plans and adherence to product quality standards

Influence:

Staffing plans and resource allocation working with Maintenance Manager and People Operations
Capital project requirements and process improvement investments
Continuous improvement roadmap for the broader brewery operations team

Maintenance & Engineering Team
Quality, Brewing, Packaging and Warehouse
Supply chain, Finance, and People Operations
External vendors and 3rd party providers

Qualifications, Education, and

Experience:

Bachelors Degree Required

4-6 Years in a manufacturing leadership role
Showcase track record of project planning, driving change, process optimization, and innovation preferably in a brewery environment
Experience in packaging, maintenance, engineering, or related fields

Skills Needed to be Successful :

Technical knowledge of canning, bottling, brewery operations including high-speed packaging systems
Communication and leadership with conflict resolution abilities
Planning, project management, good financial acumen
