• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot laser machines while ensuring production line efficiency
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and verbal instructions to carry out tasks
• Perform daily maintenance on machines and conduct quality checks on parts
• Shift metal onto and off the machine, collaborating with technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and a high degree of mechanical aptitude
• Ability to pass tests in print reading, measurement, and fraction/decimal conversion
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Familiarity with sheet laser or tube laser machines
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting a minimum of 50 lbs

• Previous experience in operating laser machines or in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Ability to work third shift hours and adapt to changing project needs
