Quality Control Specialist - Apparel

Well-established and busy clothing manufacturing and distribution company seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our warehouse team in Glendale, AZ. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming apparel products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and specifications before moving to inventory or distribution.

• Inspect incoming shipments of apparel for quality, consistency, and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Identify and document defects in fabric, stitching, construction, sizing, labeling, and packaging.
• Work closely with the logistics, receiving, production, and vendor compliance teams to communicate quality issues and trends.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, reports, and digital logs.
• Help develop and refine internal QC procedures and checklists.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate or technical degree in apparel, textiles, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on apparel quality control experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, measurements, and industry QC standards is a plus.
• Ability to read spec sheets and use measurement tools (tape measure, rulers, etc.) accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This is a direct‑hire, long‑term career opportunity offering room for advancement, the starting base pay range is $50K-$55K plus benefits, incentives and room for growth. The work schedule is Mon‑Fri, 7am to 3:30pm, fully on‑site.
