Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Specialist with hands‑on experience in CMM operation, quality auditing, and the use of calibration tools to support product quality and continuous improvement in our manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing dimensional inspections using CMM equipment and precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges, while ensuring all equipment remains properly calibrated.

The Quality Specialist will conduct internal audits and support external audits, analyze inspection data, document results, and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ISO‑based quality systems, can read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, and works collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements.

The essential functions of this position include the ability to read and interpret technical documents and inspection data; communicate effectively; operate CMM equipment and precision measuring instruments; and perform work in a manufacturing environment. This role may require standing, walking, bending, and using hands for extended periods.
