Sahuaro Ranch Ballot Chase Representative

Overview

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, motivated individual to join the Chase The Vote initiative. The Ballot Chaser works to build inter-community relationships, encourage ballot submission, and develop a community network system to monitor low propensity voting within a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser collaborates with the Ballot Chase Manager to reach goals, foster community relationships, and track data daily.

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager
• Build inter-community relationships and encourage others to send in their ballots
• Develop a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits within a designated territory
• Work with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached, relationships are fostered, and data is tracked daily

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge of and competence with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal orientation
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Punctual and responsive

• Experience in grassroots organizing
• Team management experience

Chasers are required to have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance when applicable, and must pass a background check.
