Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

As a CNA at Aegis Healthcare, you will assist patients with personal care, monitor and report vital signs, support patient mobility, and aid in transfers. You will work with our team to provide compassionate care to a vulnerable population.

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide support during meals, monitor and record vital signs.
• Transfer patients between beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
• Adjust bed positioning to prevent sores and ensure comfort.
• Communicate patient status and behaviors to the medical team promptly.

$20–24 per hour / DOE. Full‑time, W2 employee. Monday – Friday schedule. Openings throughout the West Side, Phoenix, & West Valley.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
• Ability to perform patient transfers and mobility assistance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, time management
• Valid Driver's license (clean record) and reliable transportation; proof of auto insurance and registration
• Valid AZ fingerprint clearance card
• Current CPR certification; negative TB test
