About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing Stem Cell and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) team in Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to gain highly specialized experience in a supportive environment that truly values collaboration, kindness, and work-life balance. No prior BMT experience is required — we provide full training for RNs with oncology experience.

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide care to patients undergoing stem cell and BMT therapies
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to complex care needs
• Collaborate with transplant coordinators, physicians, and ICU staff
• Educate patients and families throughout their treatment process
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
• Oncology nursing experience required (BMT/stem cell experience not required — we’ll train you)
• Strong clinical judgment and a team-oriented mindset
• A calm, compassionate presence and a strong culture fit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $74.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 36 per week
