Banjo’s is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join the Glendale team. The positions available are Apprentice Baker and Bakers Assistant. As part of the Production Team, you’ll be producing wholesome food, handcrafted and baked fresh daily. We’re open 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work‑life balance.

• Work closely with the Production Team to ensure Banjo’s high‑quality standards are consistently achieved
• Communicate with the Sales Team to keep track of product levels
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work

• Confidence, with a positive attitude
• Take pride in your work
• Experience producing quality baked goods is desirable
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• Team player, who loves a challenge
• Willingness to grow with us
