We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional service, and achieving monthly sales goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and interests.
• Provide detailed information on vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
• Follow up with potential and previous customers to build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Prepare all sales-related paperwork and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
