Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm;
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Your purpose is simple—but powerful:
help more people step into our training program. You’ll guide prospective members through high‑energy 90‑minute demos, showcase our reality‑based simulators, and connect them with the membership option that best fits their goals.
This isn’t just sales. It’s about building relationships, inspiring confidence, and empowering individuals to take control of their personal safety.
What You’ll Do- Lead demos — Guide prospects through facility tours and training experiences, ending with a personalized membership offer
- Prospect actively — Fill your calendar using our robust lead database and your own outreach (calls, emails, events, local marketing, etc.)
- Build lasting relationships — Follow up with prospects and nurture them until they’re ready to join
- Leverage our CRM — Maintain accurate records to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Achieve and celebrate goals — Meet membership targets while contributing to a positive, winning team culture
- A natural people person with strong communication and listening skills
- Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (fitness background is a plus)
- Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident presenting value, overcoming objections, and closing deals
- Organized with excellent follow‑up habits
- High energy, positive attitude, and genuine excitement for helping others succeed
- (Bonus) Experience with firearms and tactics is a plus, but not required
