A company is looking for a Remote Inside Junior Mortgage Banker to develop in the sales field.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads
- Support a top producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up
- Manage leads in the CRM and provide excellent customer service
- High school degree or GED required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales or related fields preferred
- Must be comfortable working on a computer while on the phone
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sales acumen
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
