We’re hiring an Automotive Finance Manager Trainee and will train an experienced dealership salesperson to transition into the Finance & Insurance Department.
Previous F&I experience is not required. If you have a strong automotive sales background, consistently perform, communicate well with customers, and want to increase your earning potential, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.

- Work alongside experienced F&I Managers through hands-on training
- Learn to structure deals and present financing and protection options
- Assist customers with financing paperwork and required documentation
- Build relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
- Work closely with the sales team to complete vehicle transactions
- Learn dealership compliance requirements and F&I procedures
- Progress into greater Finance Manager responsibilities as training is completed
- Previous automotive dealership sales experience
- Consistent sales performance with a strong customer-first approach
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow into an F&I leadership role
