Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team!

You'll work in a beautiful spa environment, help guests prioritize their health and wellness, and be part of a team that believes work should be rewarding-and fun!

What You'll Do

• Educate guests about the benefits of regular massage and skincare services
• Sell memberships, and gift cards
• Execute our proven sales process and work toward individual and team goals
• Recommend enhancements, products, and services based on each guest’s needs
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests with questions
• Support client follow-up and membership retention efforts
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow proper filing procedures
• Help keep the spa clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Work closely with the entire spa team to create an exceptional guest experience

• Previous retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred
• Experience meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus
