, fast-growing home services company looking for Comfort Advisors who want strong leads, real support, and uncapped potential.
- Follow up on pre-qualified warm leads and close HVAC system sales
- Educate homeowners on system options, energy efficiency, and five-star service
- Present professional proposals in-home or digitally
- Deliver a no-pressure, trust-based sales experience
- Maintain accurate estimates and job details in the company CRM
- Stay sharp through ongoing product and sales training
- Represent Bumble Bee with professionalism and confidence in the community
- Proven in-home sales experience preferred
- Track record of closing deals and hitting goals
- Comfortable using CRM tools, apps, and digital proposals
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skillsli
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- HVAC knowledge or local permitting experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pay Structure: Up to 10% Commission
- Company vehicle & gas card
- Uniforms provided

- 401(k) with 4% company match after 90 days
- 40 hours sick + 40 hours vacation
- 6 paid holidays after 90 days
