Plumbing Service Technician

We’re hiring an experienced Plumbing Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and expert residential plumbing service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and leadership abilities. • Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential homes
• Perform service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture repairs, water heaters, softeners, and more
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about solutions and options
• Offer upgrades and system improvements when appropriate
• Occasionally assist with or complete minor installations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle
• Ensure safety for yourself, your team, and the customer’s home
• Accurately document work performed and materials used

• 2–4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and dispatch
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with leadership potential
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Hands-on role with frequent use of tools and mobility
