Centerline at Glendale is a newly opened, 386-unit affordable housing community, and we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II who takes pride in quality work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a residential community. What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
* Complete routine and emergency maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliance, and building systems to keep the community running smoothly.
* Prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure our property always looks its best.
* Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas to support safety, cleanliness, and great curb appeal.
* Respond quickly and professionally to resident requests while delivering excellent customer service.
* Assist with seasonal tasks, vendor coordination, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
* Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and supplies.
* Perform other property support duties as needed.
What do I need to qualify to be a Maintenance Technician?
* Two or more years of maintenance experience in property management or a related trade.
* Valid driver's license, insurance, and an insurable driving record.
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
* EPA HVAC Type II or Universal required; CPO certification required within 90 days if not already held.
* Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently.
