Liv Well Behavioral Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Youth Case Manager to support children and families with coordinated, compassionate care. You’ll manage intake, assessments, and treatment planning from a youth-centered perspective while collaborating with guardians, schools, and community partners.
Responsibilities include service coordination, advocacy, and documentation, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
