YAI is seeking a START Coordinator to manage a caseload of up to 25 individuals, conducting home visits and assessments across regions, and coordinating referrals with clinical teams. You will develop service evaluations and crisis plans, while ensuring timely documentation and reporting.
The role requires a Master’s in a human service field, at least two years’ experience with I/DD or behavioral health, and START Coordinator Certification within 12 months.
