Inventory Control Specialist | Radwell International LLC | Inventory & Logistics
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site

Monday-Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy, inventory investigations, employee training, and operational excellence within our Inventory & Logistics team.

This specialist-level position plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, resolving discrepancies, supporting inventory audits, and helping team members develop proficiency in company systems and inventory processes. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inventory-related functions across multiple departments and operational workflows
  • Shadow and evaluate inventory processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Document findings and communicate recommendations to management
  • Investigate missing inventory, delayed orders, and inventory discrepancies
  • Resolve inventory issues and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Train and mentor new inventory employees on inventory processes and company systems including Spectrum, WM6, and P21
  • Support the Inventory Supervisor with complex inventory investigations and problem orders
  • Locate, process, and coordinate inventory returns for shipment
  • Assist stock check and inventory verification activities as needed
  • Maintain missing inventory reports and assist with operational reporting requirements
  • Support branch-to-branch inventory transfers and inventory movement activities
  • Conduct inventory audits and verify inventory accuracy
  • Process inventory adjustments resulting from audits and investigations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and operational performance
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For

  • Previous inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred
  • Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies independently

  • Basic technical aptitude and comfort learning company systems
Knowledge and Skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple business systems
  • Experience with inventory management software preferred
  • Working knowledge of P21 and Spectrum preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Inventory control and warehouse process knowledge preferred
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, receiving, cycle counting, or related inventory functions preferred
  • Experience working with inventory systems and warehouse software preferred

Work Schedule

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and support operational requirements as needed.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment and requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and inventory handling activities throughout the workday. Employees regularly utilize inventory systems, barcode scanners, warehouse equipment, and inventory management tools. Forklift or high-lift certification may be required based on operational needs.
