Clerk

• Manage inbound receiving activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate material flow between warehouse, drivers, and production teams to keep operations moving.
• Process inventory, shipping, receiving, and material transactions within company systems.
• Support cycle counts, inventory tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

• 2-3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, receiving, shipping, materials, or logistics operations.
• Experience performing inventory and warehouse transactions in an ERP, WMS, or inventory management system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to support a fast-paced startup/greenfield manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and supporting cycle counts.
• Greenfield manufacturing or warehouse startup experience.
• Advanced Excel or reporting experience.
