Material Handler

• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Support warehouse setup and organization activities as the facility ramps up operations.
• Assist with receiving, staging, storage, and line-side material delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support general warehouse operations.
• Help establish best practices for future warehouse operations.

• 2-3+ years of material handling or warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift/PIT certification.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/greenfield environment.
• Experience operating a stand-up reach truck (required for at least one hire).
• Previous greenfield or startup manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse setup, layout, or process development.
• Inventory, ERP, or WMS experience.
