We partner with healthcare providers to retrieve critical medical record data and deliver accurate, auditable results that support revenue integrity and improved quality of care.

Reveleer is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support its daily accounting operations and monthly close process. This role is responsible for executing core accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance and audit requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, attention to detail, and experience working in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

• Assist with the month-end close process by owning the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor setup and invoice management
• Perform monthly bank account and corporate credit card reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Maintain accounting documentation and standard operating procedures
• Support audit requests and coordinate with external auditors
• Assist with assigned accounting projects as needed

• 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a professional environment

• Experience in a technology-enabled or healthcare organization
• Experience with accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, , and SAP Concur
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas
