Our client is hiring a highly experienced Tax CPA to join their professional team serving clients across the U.S. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level tax expert with strong experience in partnerships, California and multistate tax, and real estate taxation. If you do not have partnership experience, please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex partnership, S corporation, and individual federal and multistate returns.
- Lead client engagements from planning through delivery.
- Provide real estate tax strategies, including 1031 exchanges and cost segregation.
- Navigate California and multistate compliance.
- Supervise and mentor staff.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on high-value tax planning.
- Active CPA license (California preferred).
- Master’s in Taxation (MST) or equivalent a plus.
- 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
- Expert knowledge of partnership tax and real estate laws.
- Proficiency in CCH software and Excel.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
