As a Tax Preparer, you’ll support a mixed portfolio of individual taxpayers, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients while collaborating with Senior Tax Accountants and Firm Partners in a supportive, family-style work culture.

• Prepare individual and business tax returns for a diverse client portfolio.
• Conduct tax research and support tax compliance activities.
• Manage deadlines and maintain accurate, timely work throughout the tax cycle.
• Communicate with clients through routine follow-up, client interviews, and advisory discussions.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to help ensure accurate tax filings.
• Use Pro Series and Microsoft Excel to prepare, analyze, and organize tax information.

• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation.
• Knowledge of individual and business taxation.
• Proficiency with tax software, including Pro Series.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective client communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
