We are a family-owned business involved in real estate, property management, and various entrepreneurial ventures. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company, as the role has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, tenants, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize records, files, leases, vendor agreements, and operational documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping functions, expense tracking, and administrative reporting.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates, online listings, and promotional materials.
- Order office supplies, monitor inventory, and help maintain an organized office environment.
- Provide administrative support for various business ventures, including research, data entry, and project coordination.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or small business operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Quick Books, bookkeeping, or property management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- $25.00 per hour starting pay
