Responsibilities & Duties
  • Serve as Records, Forms and Business Services Support Analyst within the Financial and Business Management Division – Business Management Bureau (FBMD‑BMB).
  • Perform technical and analytical work in Records Management, Forms Management, and Business Services, including Emergency Preparedness and FBMD‑BMB Web Administration.
  • Provide high initiative, excellent customer service, and support the development and implementation of technical, analytical, and staff administrative activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications must be verified by submitting a degree, transcript, license, or certificate.
  • Experience or knowledge in records and forms management and business services is preferred.
  • Eligibility for state civil service exam and/or current/former civil service employee transfer is required.
  • Statement of Qualifications, resume, and copies of required documents must be attached.
