This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Assistant located in Glendale, CA. The Title Assistant will support title officers and staff with tasks such as coordinating and managing title files, researching public records, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also involves regular communication with clients and team members to address inquiries and facilitate the title process efficiently.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the real estate or title industry is a plus
- Proficiency in common office software and the ability to quickly learn industry-specific tools
