The Production Coordinator will be a conduit between Studio Resource Group, Innovation and Production Management. As the Coordinator, they are part of a team that supports the internal and external workflows and partnerships with Studio Departments. This role will require an understanding of the latest trends in technology and software usage, acting as a liaison where possible with Production, Innovation, and Development.
Responsibilities- Participate with Resource and Innovation Teams with a focus on R&D, identifying and testing new software and workflows. In addition to note taking and report sharing.
- Maintain an Innovation database in partnership with development with respect to prospective animation partners.
- Coordinate Launches for Innovation/Post/Development teams for projects and R&D.
- Coordinates priority initiatives and projects for the Innovation department.
- Ensures that the distribution of required trackers occurs to respective Management teams.
- Creation of Ai rTable trackers specific to Innovation workflows (Prospective and Current projects).
- Creation of confidential decks, built in Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
- Partners with Post AP and Studio Resource Production Coordinator with respect to Ancillary Content Requests via Ai rTable and FTrack.
- Create templates to help standardize workflows.
- Ongoing digitizing of archived materials.
- Help with event planning and crew activities as needed.
- Perform all other applicable duties as assigned by TVA Leadership and per TVA policies and procedures. Including shared projects across DBT teams as assigned.
- Additional duties as necessary.
- Knowledge of 2D, Harmony and CG animation experience in either feature, television and short form series
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of emerging production/media software and tools and experience with the development of innovative pipelines.
- Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, e-social skills and acumen.
- Microsoft Office – knowledgeable use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Power Point

- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Adobe Creative Suite Firefly
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur
- Mac or PC proficient
- Knowledge of workflows in Ftrack, Shotgrid, Storyboard Pro, Sync sketch
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender, and other emerging/innovative technologies preferable.
- Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- This is a fully on‑site position based in Glendale, CA.
The hiring range for this position in California is $52,700 to $72,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
