Position OverviewThe Creative Director is the strategic creative partner and hands‑on executor who brings TACORI's new brand direction to life. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Creative, this role is responsible for translating brand vision into elevated, emotionally resonant creative across all touchpoints. The role will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand to concept breakthrough campaigns, oversee all deliverables from copy to design, lead productions, and ensure every asset reflects our luxury standard.
It is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role for someone who can both think strategically and execute flawlessly, with an eagerness to experiment and optimize using emerging tools and technologies.
- Partner with the Head of Brand and Creative to develop compelling creative concepts, translate brand strategy, and oversee execution of brand assets (digital campaigns, social content, print collateral, retail experiences). Write, edit, and art‑direct; ensure uncompromising quality standards.
- Lead all aspects of creative production, art‑direct photo and video shoots, define creative direction, mood, and narrative for all productions, prepare and organize production files.
- Lead creative relationships with external resources, provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback, ensure adherence to brand standards, and oversee copy and design deliverables.
- Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines, champion the new brand direction, implement AI tools and emerging technologies, experiment with new approaches, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work in close partnership with the Head of Brand and Creative, collaborate cross‑functionally, manage creative timelines effectively, and maintain absolute authority over aesthetic quality.
- 7+ years of creative experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or comparable high‑end brand environments.
- Proven ability as both a strategic thinker and hands‑on creator.
- Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design sensibility, compelling copywriting, and luxury brand storytelling.
- Extensive experience directing and producing photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle content.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems.
- Experience with photo retouching, colour correction, and preparing files for multi‑platform distribution.
- Highly collaborative, strategically minded, relentlessly curious, detail‑obsessed, luxury‑fluent, proactive, resourceful, open, and adaptable.
- Understanding of email design, web best practices, and social platform specifications.
- Motion graphics or video editing capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.).
