Duties performed by a Customer Care Representative:

• Assist clients with product recommendations, upgrades, and service inquiries.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

• Accurately record and process customer information and feedback.

• Troubleshoot issues and connect customers with the best solutions available.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
