In this role, you will be a part of the BIM team within the Life Sciences, Hospitality and Entertainment sector.

• Engage project design teams at all levels, including external consultant offices; strong communication skills required.
• Solution‑oriented with sound Revit skills, capable of problem‑solving quickly.
• Work collaboratively with designers, Project Manager, and other Model Managers.
• Utilize critical thinking to follow documented processes and standards for uniform results.
• Learn client preferences and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset in personal career and company workflows.

• Create 3D Revit models from client and consultant documentation.
• Engage clients' model managers directly to resolve model challenges.
• Provide ongoing Revit support and troubleshooting for engineers and designers.
• Attend internal project meetings to understand deliverable schedules.
• Maintain and link AutoCAD drawings related to projects.
• Update received models promptly.
• Perform model health checks and collaborate with design team and BIM team leader for adjustments.
• Update title blocks, perform quality control review, and address mark‑ups for deliverables.
• Manage Revit model hosting in a shared cloud environment.
• Ensure team members follow standards and correct behavior professionally.
• Assist with non‑model‑manager tasks during submissions if time permits.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM model management for Life Sciences, Commercial or Healthcare projects.
• Experience with Life Sciences, Hospitality or Commercial building Revit projects preferred.
• Proficiency with latest Revit and AutoCAD; BIM 360 Document Management and Bluebeam preferred;
  Dynamo and Navisworks a plus.

Salary range: $65,000 – $90,000 (actual compensation varies by factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location). Benefits include health insurance, vacation time, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
