John Hart Real Estate operates 15 offices with over 600 agents dedicated to helping clients buy and sell homes across California. As part of this ecosystem, Golden Coast Finance serves as our in‑house lending team, currently made up of 9 highly committed professionals, including 4 loan officers.

We are a team working together to achieve a common goal: making sure our clients have access to the best agents, staff, and service in the industry. We're seeking a few driven and ambitious individuals who are looking to grow their careers and have an interest in the real estate industry.

• Send application package to potential borrowers.
• Process loan applications.
• Submit loans through Calyx Point.
• Review borrower docs and prepare for underwriter submission.
• Obtain all conditions required from borrowers: income docs, banks statement, paycheck stubs, etc.
• Review income.
• Answer all borrower related questions.
• Order appraisal.
• Communicate with escrow.

• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a loan processor.
• Knowledge of basic loan processing procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding real estate and privacy, including Reg Z and RESPA.
• Understanding of Calyx Point.
