As the Regional Finance Business Partner, you will serve as the primary financial advisor to our North America retail organization, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to drive profitability, improve operational performance, and support strategic decision-making. This is not a traditional accounting role—it's a highly visible business partnering position where you'll translate financial data into actionable insights, influence key investments, strengthen operational controls, and help shape the future of one of the world's fastest-growing retail organizations.

Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, commercial thinking, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. You'll collaborate with leaders throughout Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain, Construction, Merchandising, and Corporate Shared Services while supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.

What You Will Achieve Drive Business Performance Partner with Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Go beyond reporting financial results by challenging assumptions, identifying root causes, and recommending data-driven solutions.

Deliver financial insights that influence strategic decisions and improve overall business outcomes.

Financial Planning & Business Insights Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly rolling forecasts, monthly business reviews, financial modeling, scenario planning, and profitability analysis.

Develop executive-ready reporting that transforms financial performance into clear, actionable business recommendations.
